Cashew shell oil is extracted , pressed from cashew shell. In the world, it has only 03 countries that produce this product : Viet Nam, India, Brazil. In other country, cashew oil is used as material for processing paints,varnishes, etc… And in Viet Nam, it is mainly used as fuel of boiler intead of F.O

Presently cashew oil is being used in many production companies such as : silicates, Cramit brick, aluminum refining .

To steel laminating technology : Thai Binh Steel Laminating burned cashew oil instead of fuel oil during April 2009, Luu Xa Steel Laminating – Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Corporation  burned cashew oil instead of fuel oil from the beginning of Mar.,2011.

Burning oil process :

- Burning oil process similar to F.O 

- The oil is heated steam temperature of 60-70 ° C

- Depending on kind of oil, cashew oil is through vapor pressure or high pressure pump and spray directly through oil nozzles .
- The temperature of the completely burning oil is 220° C (lower than F.O).
- The process of heat completely.

Cashew residue is the material used as fuel for production industry or export purpose.
